Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself

An educational book help use understand we are not doomed by out genes and hardwire to be a certain way for the rest of our life.  The bool will give you the necessary knowledge and tools to change all aspect of yourself and your life.  I've read and enjoyed the educational relationship that the brain and body works as a cellular level when we meditate.  Great book.
